• Payment information: for Fonepay transactions, payment confirmation is handled directly by Fonepay — we do not store your card or wallet credentials.
• Appointment & health-related uploads: if you book a doctor appointment and upload a report, scan, or prescription, that file is stored securely and shared only with the consulting doctor for the purpose of your appointment.
• Usage data: pages viewed, products browsed, and basic technical data (browser type, approximate location) to help us run and improve the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders (including sharing your name, address, and phone number with our courier partner, Nepal Can Move, for delivery purposes).
• To confirm payments via Fonepay.
• To coordinate doctor appointments, including securely sharing uploaded medical documents with the consulting doctor via a private Google Drive link.
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our Contact page.
• To send order updates, and — only where you've opted in — promotional messages about new products or offers.

3. Who We Share Data With

We share limited data only where necessary to provide our services: Nepal Can Move (delivery), Fonepay (payment confirmation), and Google Drive (secure storage for appointment-related file uploads, accessible only to authorized staff and the relevant doctor). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations under Nepali law. Appointment file uploads are retained only as long as necessary for the consultation and any related follow-up.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at green.np072@gmail.com. You can also update most of your account details directly from your account dashboard.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure hosting and restricted access to sensitive files (such as appointment uploads). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
