How do I brew loose-leaf tea vs. tea bags?

For loose leaf (Golden Tips, Green Tea, Supreme Green Tea), use about 1–2 teaspoons per cup in just-off-the-boil water and steep 3–4 minutes, then strain — whole leaves can often be re-steeped for a second cup. For Ganogin's tea bags, steep one bag for 3–5 minutes and remove. For Gingcafe, just dissolve one sachet in hot water and stir.
