Product Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns should be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. For return and refund, a duly filled Product Return Form must be filled. The company will not initiate the refund action in the absence of a return form.

2. The product must be unused and in the same condition/original packaging.

3. Receipt or proof of purchase must be made available.

4. The customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, an inspection will be made.

5. Product will be checked first and informed if the item can be exchanged or not.
6. You may change to a different product with the same value or less.

7. In case of a refund, 10% of the total purchase amount (exclusive of discount, commission, and applicable taxes) will be deducted.

8. Final decision on accepting or rejecting the returned product will be made by the GNP(Investigating) team and will be informed to the concerned person/firm.
